I've talked to my admin and found out that we are currently capped (a.k.a Crapped) by @DemonBroadband . This shouldn't have happened as we requested an upgrade to the uncapped service on ADSL2+ when it became available. This was in March this year, @DemonBroadband said that our exchange would be upgraded at the end of April, our exchange got upgraded according to SamKnows.com some time at the end of March.
As my blog relies on downloading XML server side from Blogger.com, this currently times out on loading.
I will be moving to WordPress as soon as I've finished building the templates. Hopefully this will resolve the problem.

At some point today we will be upgrading our servers. This could take a couple of hours and will take offline email and web services for the follow domains.
