One's heartwarming film suspends time for one miraculous

BBC One is launching its Christmas 2018 film, , which will run throughout the Christmas period on the channel.

The short film illustrates families rediscovering the joy of spending time together at Christmas and will run in key junctions between programmes over the next two weeks.

This Christmas, BBC One will remain the of the biggest programmes that family and friends can enjoy together including Strictly Come Dancing, , Call the Midwife, Mrs Brown's Boys, EastEnders, Luther, Hold The , The ABC Murders, and Les Misérables.

Wonderland follows the story of a teenage boy who lives with his family, in a small seaside town. The demands of everyday mean that he and his mum don't get to spend as much time together as they used to. But one day, with Christmas fast approaching, everything changes and they get to spend a unique afternoon together that they'll never forget. The message is simple; when you do manage to get some time with the ones you love, be sure to cherish it.
