Fancy A Game Of Thrones Themed Treasure Hunt?

Game of Thrones fans ahoy! This weekend you can play The Game of Phones and take part in the (friendly) war for the ‘Iron Phone'. This treasure hunt-style game, inspired by the popular TV series, takes place on 13 at Crystal park.

Join one of the teams and compete with others to solve clues inspired by the TV series and find your house crest hidden in the maze. You'll be able to use your phone to unravel the mysteries (we are in 2015 after all) although expect an array of bonus challenges and suspicious characters lurking in your path.

Use your imagination to turn into dragons and the maze into Highgarden: it will be a fun alternative way to explore the park, meet new people and tackle the famous maze. Make sure you complete the game before Winter comes (at 6pm) and find out who will be king or khaleesi — ehm, queen.

This is one of many organised by thinking bob, a fast-growing on and offline social community where people meet and explore the together. Tickets are £8 per person, only available to thinking bob members. Join now for just £1 subscription and book your space. After the game ends, there'll be a social event in a nearby pub so you will get to know the other teams. Don't worry if you can't make this date, join thinking bob and you'll find out about new dates for the game and many other sociable events in the upcoming weeks.

The Game of Phones: Mazes and Dragons takes place on Saturday 13 June, 2pm-6pm at Crystal Palace Park, SE20 8DT. Make sure your phone is charged enough and you're wearing comfy shoes.
