Many of you may have seen the little tattoos people have been getting recently, the semicolon. For those of you who haven't it is about (in my eyes) removing the stigma around talking about issues, being brave and choosing to continue your life.

For those who may want to talk about it to a friend or loved one but cannot saying the words out loud I have a card that reads ‘my story; isn't over' where you have a blank space inside to pour out feelings you have and how you would like to be supported.

I have another card with just the semicolon on, this can be used by those who know someone who is suffering and would like to write down the positive things and thoughts so that they may be read this over and over again.

I also have a bottle with paper straw for those who want to show the world that I have a mental health issue but I am the same as you, I also drink milk (or other preferred fluids). This could be used in the office or at home.

And for those who would like to have something on display in the home, I have a delicate unframed papercut.

I will be donating 25% from each sale towww.mind.org.uk on an order by order basis, so as soon as an order has been placed a donation will be made.
