What interests you about recruitment advertising?
I've never done any recruitment ads, but I'm interested in advertising of all types. I like thinking about the best way of selling, the unique selling proposition and how common becomes popular also giving the effect ‘what a great product, I'll buy it' as people don't think ‘what a great advert, I'll buy it', because it would be ‘what a great advert, I can't remember what to buy.'
Please describe how a place on our graduate programme fits with your career and personal goals. What are you hoping to gain from it?
My plan for the next year is to gain some work experience, before going back to university to complete the Degree part of my sandwich course. This should give me the edge in the future when looking for a job after I graduate. As for my personal goals go its to learning more about different types of advertising and hopefully earn some money to make life easier next year and to pay the rent now.

In the case of recruitment advertising you're trying to get as many of the right type of people to apply but ultimately it is you who are doing the buying.
