Hello,
We are writing to let you know some important news about SeeSaw. As part of an ongoing strategic review of its business activities, our parent company Arqiva is no longer able to support our service and the site will therefore close on Monday 20th June, 2011.
As a valued and loyal customer, we wanted to inform you of our intention in advance. We'd also like to explain how we plan to do this and the necessary provisions we are making for our customers.
From Tuesday 31st May, we will no longer offer programmes to rent. We will also stop signing up new subscribers to SeeSaw NonStop. Over the remaining weeks, 3500 hours of free programmes will still be available to watch including catch up from our content partners 4oD and Demand Five.
SeeSaw PremiumAfter 31st May, if you have any unwatched rentals stored in ‘My Premium' and they still have an active licence, we will issue you with a full refund. Don't worry, you will still be able to watch these programmes until 20th June unless the viewing window has naturally expired.
Rental programmes will no longer be promoted on the site and if you search for them you will see the SeeSaw error page. In order to view your rental programmes, you will need to sign in to your SeeSaw account and access them through ‘My Premium' which is located at the bottom of your screen.
SeeSaw NonStop
After 31st May, if you have an active subscription to SeeSaw NonStop, we will issue you with a full refund for your last payment. You will still have access to this service and will be able to watch programmes ad free until 20th June. Your subscription will not be renewed on the next monthly payment date and no further charges will be made to your card.
SeeSaw Account
Following the closure of our website on 20th June, you will no longer have access to your SeeSaw account. Please be assured that any personal data held by us will be handled and destroyed in accordance with our data protection policy.

As it will soon be ‘goodbye' from SeeSaw, we'd like to take this opportunity to say a big ‘thanks' for all your support, custom and loyalty over the last 16 months. We're a small team but we hope we've made a big difference and that you've had fun watching TV with us.
Bye for now,
The SeeSaw Team
